(Safety Manager / Advisor)
HSE Management Australia (HSEMA) can provide the services of a Safety Manager/Advisor to ensure your business continues to operate to your expectations. This service provides your organisation with value for money (it costs a lot less than employing a full-time person) and has access to our team of consultants with a range of backgrounds and skills.
This service includes the provision and hosting of project/site compliance software to enable a paperless management of safety, quality, and environment. Users do not require a login, just a QR code link.
Services can include, but are not limited to:
- Work with business to obtain and maintain Australian Government Building and Construction Work Health and Safety Accreditation.
- Assist your business obtaining and maintaining AS/NZS and ISO Certifications. Represent your business at certification audits.
- Conduct risk assessments, compliance audits & practical advice.
- Develop Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems tailored to your business.
- Provide mentoring and support aimed at all levels within a business/organisation on how your safety, quality and/or environmental management system works and how to implement it in your day-to-day activities.
- Assist with contractor management services to ensure contractors are maintaining the standards you expect on the job.
- Develop safety, quality (project control/delivery) and environmental management plans.
- Undertake and/or provide training in site inspections, hazard inspections, site inductions.
- Develop inspection and test plans (ITP’s), standard operating procedures (SOP’s), work instructions.
- Undertake Plant Risk Assessments (PRA’s)
- Develop Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for high-risk activities.
- Develop and/or review policies, procedures, registers, checklists etc.
- Provide workplace monitoring, professional advice on hazards including fumes, mists and particulates, assessment of air quality, noise etc.
- Assist your business with tender response documentation and provide assistance and support to meet the conditions of the contract upon award.
